Weight management meal ideas

If you are taking part in my weight management program, here's some meal ideas to help you cover all meals of the day.

Ideally, you shoud be eating some type of protein at every meal and you should be eating 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large meals. 6 smaller meals keeps your metabolism up and is better for blood sugar balance and reduction of sugar cravings.

Don't skip breakfast!! It will slow your metabolism down.

Breakfast

High protein 'pretend' porridge
Spinach scrambled eggs
Spicy scrambled tofu (vegetarian)
Goats cheese and asparagus egg 'muffins'
Spinach and ricotta frittata
Berry and tofu smoothie (vegetarian)
High protein pancakes
Smoked salmon omelette
Scrambled tofu with fresh herbs (vegetarian)

Really simple stir fry

Baked fish with almonds
Nut crusted fish

Salmon & fetta stuffed capsicum
