strawberry smoothie  

Strawberry & tofu smoothie

This delicious smoothie is a great way to start the day. It contains approximately 20g of protein.

Ingredients

½ cup strawberries
100g silken tofu
350mL unsweetened soy or rice milk
150mL water
Xylitol to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Add xylitol (natural sweetner) to taste.
